This Privacy Policy explains how RecruitsAgent ("we", "our", "the platform") collects, uses, and protects information when you use recruitsagent.com.
We collect: name and email when you register, job title and company size (optional), country (auto-detected or provided), and reviews you submit. We also collect standard server logs including IP address and browser type.
We use your data to: operate your account, verify your identity for review purposes, send transactional emails (account verification), and if you subscribed, send newsletters. We do not sell your data to third parties.
We use a session cookie for login purposes and an acceptance cookie to remember your cookie banner preference. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
We use Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager to understand site usage. Google may process data as described in Google's Privacy Policy. No other third-party data processors are used.
Account data is retained while your account is active. Reviews are retained until deleted by admin or at your request. You may request deletion at any time via our contact form.

If you are in Saudi Arabia, we comply with the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). Your data is processed for the purposes stated above and is not transferred outside Saudi Arabia without appropriate safeguards.
